Don purchased Dakota Central Realty in 1992 and rebranded the business to Twin City Homes. As a Civil Engineering Technician, he’s worked on and around property from zoning to construction and the sales process for over 30 years. His experience and familiarity with government rules and regulations makes him a tremendous asset to Twin City Homes and all of our clients. Don finds his work is extremely rewarding when he can help families move into the home of their dreams. While he’s at the office, he works closely with our Realtors in Training because there’s really nothing better than spending time with his grandchildren.

A former insurance agency owner, Ashley found her passion in real estate because it speaks to her natural talents. As someone who relates easily with people and enjoys helping them find exactly what suits their unique needs, she definitely found her calling. Ashley loves her work, the day to day variety it offers and will be the first one to sign up for real estate and continuing ed classes — not just to learn, but to make sure she’s able to offer her clients impeccable service. Peg’s real estate career began in St. Paul where she quickly built a reputation of always putting her clients’ interests first. She went on to earn her GRI and become a Vice-President of Dain Corporation, a very successful Minneapolis-based real estate investment firm with holdings across the US. A licensed broker in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Peg’s focus is now on mature clients downsizing or simply seeking carefree condo living.

I have been involved in real estate for three decades. After studying my local Colorado market for several years, I accurately priced my home for my very first transaction, securing an above-list-price offer in just three days. I then was a "hands-on" buyer or seller for several additional transactions, for which I used agents for marketing and negotiation purposes. I went on to work in the real estate/development/construction industries for several years.
I was licensed in Texas for two years and returned to my home state of Minnesota in 2022, where I worked in administrative positions for local agents. In addition to reviewing contracts and disclosures, I also advised and coached agents to help them stay in compliance and negotiate deals.
I’m excited to be licensed in Minnesota and I’m eager to serve others while engaging in a business I love.

When not at school or the dance studio, you will find them at their desks mapping out a plan to dominate the real estate industry one day.
